Connie Ward is the founder and Managing Broker Owner of inCREDIBLE Realty Group, a boutique brokerage she launched in November 2022 to bring a more personal, concierge level experience to home buyers and sellers across the Greater Charlotte Metro.
Licensed as a real estate professional in North Carolina since 1997 and in South Carolina since 2022, Connie brings over three decades of experience in sales, marketing and leadership, including prior roles as a Real Estate Broker with Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Paracle and with eXp Realty, and as a Marketing Manager with Carolina BG.
She built inCREDIBLE Realty Group around what she calls the CAKE philosophy: Credibility, Accountability, Knowledge and Excellence. In practice, that shows up as the brokerage’s inCREDIBLE Rewards Program for buyers and the free Carolina Homebuyer Class she teaches for first time buyers across North and South Carolina.
Today Connie has closed 46 home sales, 17 of them in the last 12 months, and holds a 5.0 average rating across 25+ client reviews.
